Shelley Polansky, VP/Marketing, Communications and Outreach, joined the Better Business Bureau serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming in 2008. She leads a team who works to promote BBB’s brand via marketing, communication and social media initiatives. She also oversees the strategic direction and community outreach programs of the BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust, the 501(c)(3) educational foundation of the BBB. Shelley holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and minors in psychology and communications from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln and is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Loveland. Shelley and her husband enjoy fly fishing, camping, and hiking and also enjoy watching sports - especially football and NASCAR.
