Fort Collins Startup Week

This 2-hour Pitch Academy workshop is taught by Rockies Venture Club Executive Director and Venture Capital for Dummies author Peter Adams and will cover what entrepreneurs need to do to prepare for, practice, and present a high quality investor pitch. Some of the key topics covered during this workshop include: how to focus your pitch, presentation pacing, understanding investor psychology, and communicating risks in such a way that investors are put at ease. Three attendees will have a chance to practice their pitch to receive expert feedback and input from their peers. This same workshop has been used by organizations such as the Denver SBDC and Colorado’s Advanced Industries Grant Program. This will be an event you don’t want to miss!
